0000520: Add "Rename" or "Nickname" Support for Product Entries

Description

Since SUMo makes use of vendor created description tags, we can occasionally get confusing and obscure entries in the SUMo product list.

For example, the description tag Microsoft used with http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspxthe [^] Tweak UI PowerToy for XP[/URL] (TweakUI.exe) is "User interface customization toy" - so that's what appears in the SUMo list.

It would therefore be nice if we could manually select to rename or nickname such entries so they appear in the product list with a more logical name. Like in this case, I would use "Tweak UI" instead.

I'm not saying such renaming would also need to appear on the "Get Update" web pages - just locally in a user's own SUMo product list.
